    I’ve been doing this for three days now! First two days was hell + I had period. Also, out of 10 exercises I only completed 4 or 5. Hahaha! Then I rested for one day cuz I don’t want to strain myself. And then, surprisingly, I completed 7 exercises out of 10 today! I keep on telling myself I can do this I can achieve those abs and and be a better version of myself. You guys can do it too! 😘😘
