Im so happy that i watched this video. Ive always been guilty when i eat cheat food. When emi said that its alright to have cheat days but stay consistent with your workouts. Now i feel a lot better with having cheat days!!

I started your 4 week transform, 13 days ago even it's kinda hard but I'm happy with it. I could see difference between before and after, and even it not the end of it. I truly trust your workout routines, I could see that I'm losing fat and gaining muscles, because when I started I was 55kg and now I'm always around 56/57kg, when I started the progress I was doing BTS Jimin Diet that one helps alot too. Thanks you Emi🥰 And I take pictures every day to see difference, my problem is that I kinda don't like eating alot and really hard to change body, but your videos gives me really good vibes, i couldn't be more happy , thank you alot
