  • I really really love your workouts!! My favorite is plank although I remember it was slowly killing me, when I first started working out in 2014. Does anyone have tips though how to avoid sore underarms? I need about 2 pillows under my elbows, otherwise they'll get that nice "carpet burn" look 😅

  • Day 1: done! It wasn't very hard except for the last one. I almost die!!
    Day 2: today was harder, because yesterday this was the first workout that I did that day but today I was already tired. I finally was able to do the last exercise!

  • To all of those struggling with the last exercise, what really helped me was starting off with a classic push up (on knees and wide arms) and holding it there. It was hard at the start too but it was do-able. When I got better, I moved onto full push up hold (with wide arms) and when I could finally do that I could finally manage to do the last exercise 🙂 I hope this helps…dont give up #femily x
