When I did this my whole family sat and ate food and it smelled in the hole house, but I did want to do my workout so I could eat later.
I really really love your workouts!! My favorite is plank although I remember it was slowly killing me, when I first started working out in 2014. Does anyone have tips though how to avoid sore underarms? I need about 2 pillows under my elbows, otherwise they'll get that nice "carpet burn" look 😅

Push up hold is one of the hardest exercise.
Today was Day 30 of this plank challenge for me! It’s the first 30-day fitness challenge I’ve ever completed!! 😁🥰😅 Thank you for helping me achieve the first of many goals Emi!

Day 1: done! It wasn't very hard except for the last one. I almost die!!
Day 2: today was harder, because yesterday this was the first workout that I did that day but today I was already tired. I finally was able to do the last exercise!

I love how she includes herself collapsing at the end a bit because it shows that even though she’s fit she still can fall so it’s ok if we do too. Love the videos!
Mental note: don't do arms workout before plank….
Last one is🔥🔥🔥 I need a part 3 n 4 of this plank challenge
To all of those struggling with the last exercise, what really helped me was starting off with a classic push up (on knees and wide arms) and holding it there. It was hard at the start too but it was do-able. When I got better, I moved onto full push up hold (with wide arms) and when I could finally do that I could finally manage to do the last exercise 🙂 I hope this helps…dont give up #femily x
