Can someone pls explain how to follow this workout, I'm a little confused. Like in the first day am i only going to do the first 10 exercises? The 3mins-13mins? Then that's it? Then the next day i will continue where i stopped and finish it?

Hi mam! Can you program a low to medium intensity workout too? I'd followed you for my work out plans previously and it worked wonderfully. I'm doing this exercise for 2 months but why my weight still same?😭 But the measurement of my arms,chest,waistline ,hips legs lost for 1 inch. Can you give me some advice ms. wong why I didn't lost my weight? I love your body. You are the reason why I have motivation in my self because I like the same as your body.I am your huge fan😍

Completed this challenge although kind of slacking during the cardio days, but I lost 1 kg in two weeks (which exactly is the correct rate of weight-loss that I want — to keep it healthy). I combined it with Emi's 15-days lower abs challenge bcs I love it and I like seeing the result haha. Next I'm gonna try the 4-week body transformation challenge!

Day 1: ☑ couldn't do the sit ups AT ALL so I just crunched my way 🙁 but I'm amazed that I finished the abs arms and legs thigh workout too even if im so wobbly while I'm doing it hahaha

I have a doubt.. pls clarify.. i am supposed to do week 1 on one day and active rest the next day goes on for one week in the the sense 4 days of the week with active rest in between and start the second week program am I right.. just started the program.. weight at 68

I did the full 1 hour workout. Whew!!!! Im sweating a lot…. can i do this 1 hr workout everyday for 2 weeks? I enjoyed it even if it hurts OMG.
